Meditation enables you to release stress and feel a natural high without the negative side effects such as a hangover or life-threatening addiction. Life-threatening meaning an addiction that takes away the quality of your life, and not just in the way of health concerns but in the way of possibly destroying your ability to enjoy what all life has to offer.
